1. Why should I choose your services?

 2. What are the steps of the visit?

Text, call, or email your brief symptoms to 425-494-9966 or info@rapidmedicalspecialists.com.

You will receive the intake form and the virtual visit link shortly.

3. How will I receive the prescription if offered? 

We will electronically send the prescription to the pharmacy you provided in the intake form. 

4. What are the payment methods

Rapid Medical Specialist accepts all major credit and debit cards (i.e., Visa, MasterCard), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) cards. We will accept some medical insurance in the near future.

5. Can I use insurance to pay for my prescribed medications and labs?

Yes. Please ask the pharmacy and labs directly about your insurance coverage. The cost of medication and lab are not included in the price of your visit with Rapid Medical

6. When will you charge my payment method?

Your payment method will be charged when we review your information and deliver a treatment plan. Treatment plans can include prescriptions, instructions for taking over-the-counter medication, or instructions to see a doctor in person.

7. Why do you need my photo ID? 

We may need it to verify your identity.

8. Can I submit a claim to my health insurance for reimbursement? 

You may submit a claim to your insurance provider, but we cannot guarantee they will reimburse you.

9. If my intake form asks for a blood pressure reading, can I measure it at home? 

You can measure it at home and record it on the intake form.

10.  What if I have a follow-up question about my treatment plan?

You can message your follow-up question at no additional cost for ten days. Otherwise, text us at 425-494-9966 for a follow-up visit.
